I’m Alun, the owner of Altech Digital, providing IT support, website design and hosting for local people and small businesses.
I help customers across Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire.
I started Altech Digital because getting help with technology should be straightforward. Sometimes you know exactly what you need. Other times, something just isn’t working and you need someone to help you work out why. Either way, you’re welcome to get in touch.
When you contact Altech Digital, I’ll take the time to understand what you need, talk you through the options and explain what’s involved.

I believe in being straightforward with people. If something can be repaired or improved, I’ll talk you through that before suggesting you replace it. If you don’t need a particular service, I’ll tell you.
Whether I’m building a website or helping with a computer problem, I want you to understand what I’m doing and what you’re paying for.

I can help with anything from setting up a printer or sorting out Wi-Fi to building and hosting a website for your business. I’ll explain things in plain English and help you find an option that suits your needs and budget.
